Hiring post-pandemic is wildly competitive. Which is why we wanted to produce a hiring campaign unlike the rest. We know that clever and exciting campaigns work, coupled with copy lines that can also make someone laugh can lead to more and even better applicants.
We set out on creating a look that was fun and vivacious, much like the career opportunities at Blue Diamond. Utilizing more than one design and multiple messages we were able to reach a large audience and make the biggest impact.

B&H Publishing is an in-house publishing company located in Nashville, TN. I had the opportunity to be a part of their internship program and spend a summer working for them as a graphic design intern in marketing and dabbling in book packaging, as well. I worked on everything from magazine ads, display banners, social media posts, web ads to packaging. After finishing college, I was hired on as a designer in English trade book packaging and within a year was promoted to the Lead Designer and Art Director for the global division of trade books.
POS Portal is a leading distributor in the Point of Sale industry located in Sacramento, California. In my time working with them, I started as a design intern which led to a part-time position and ultimately a full-time design job. Daily, I worked closely with another designer and development team to design new features and improve upon e-commerce sites, often assisting in HTML to ensure consistency of look and feel. My work spanned from print collateral, trade show booth design, client or partner-facing presentations, and collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to create multiple emails, AdRoll banners, and landing pages weekly for ongoing and short-term marketing campaigns.

It tells them what they can expect from your products and services, and it differentiates your offering from that of your competitors. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.
